John (Jay) Fisher draws from a well-rounded background with more than 30 years of training, auditing, and consulting experience.

He is an RAB and IRCA certified lead auditor for an international registrar. He performs over forty certification and surveillance audits each year for ISO 9001, TL 9000 (telecommunications), and AS 9100 (aerospace) quality systems.

He is qualified to conduct audits in the Chemicals, Chemical Products & Allied Industries, Rubber & Plastic Products, Printing, Publishing & Allied Industries, Electrical & Optical Equipment, Warehousing Services, Engineering Services, Safety, Food Processing, Basic Metal & Fabricated Metal Products, Aerospace/Aircraft & Parts Manufacturing, and Education and Training sectors.

Jay has provided ISO 9001 training and consulting services to multiple organizations seeking registration. He has worked with companies in the plastics, aircraft engine repair, textiles, kaolin, and chemical areas.

Jay served with the United States Air Force as an inspector, trainer, and analyst. He has conducted numerous seminars and workshops on continuous quality improvement, TQM, ISO 9001, and other related topics.

He has been trained as a Malcolm Baldrige examiner and instructor. He was also an adjunct college professor for four years in the health administration and human resources areas.

Jay has a Ph.D. in Health Services Management and a Masters degree in Executive Development in Public Services.
