Davina Henderson has 25 years experience as a quality professional with a major aerospace company in the following positions: Quality Engineer, Quality Assurance (QA) Line Manager, QA Program Manager, and Director of Total Quality Management (TQM).

Davina has extensive knowledge in conducting Gap Analysis assessments for transitioning company and subcontractor quality systems to ISO 9001 and the AS9100 aerospace family of standards. She also conducts internal audits for ISO 9001 quality management systems and ISO 14001 environmental management systems.

Davina teaches ISO 9001 and AS9100 Internal Auditor and Lead Auditor courses for British Standards Institution. She also teaches White and Yellow Belt, Green Belt Certification, and other quality courses for the Center for Quality Excellence at Southern Polytechnic State University.

She is a voting member of the ASQ Technical Advisory Group (TAG) which provides recommendations to the US ISO Technical Committee 176 for the review and acceptance of revisions to the ISO 9000 family of standards.

Davina is a senior member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ). She has served on local and national boards:

Aviation/Space and Defense Board:
Education Chair (1999-2005), Nominating Chair (1994-95), Chair (1993- 94), Vice-Chair (1992-93), Secretary (1990-91), and Regional Councilor (1988-90).

ASQ Atlanta Section 1502:
Newsletter Editor (1990-93), Program Chair (1988-89), Membership Chair (1987-88), and Secretary (2006-2007).

Davina has Associate and Bachelors degrees from Southern Polytechnic State University, as well as, a Master of Business Management from Kennesaw State University. Davina is an Associate QMS Auditor with RABQSA International.
