Cheryl is an IRCA-certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and IATF-certified ISO/TS 16949 Lead Auditor, as well as, a qualified ISO 14001 Lead Auditor. She has led ISO 9001, QS-9000, and ISO/TS 16949 certification and surveillance audits throughout the United States, Mexico, and Japan for manufacturing and service companies. She currently subcontracts as a Lead Auditor with multiple certification bodies.

Cheryl has taught ISO 9001-based implementation, internal auditor, and lead auditor classes, as well as, classes on SPC and the automotive core tools. Her evaluations in all areas have averaged over 4 on a scale of 5 points.

In a prior job, Cheryl worked in nuclear plant operations and training with Westinghouse - Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory at the Navy Nuclear Power Training Unit. During those five years, she provided instruction to the United States Nuclear Navy and qualified at the highest technical position available, Supervisor of In-hull Training.

Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Mechanics from the University of Cincinnati. She is an active member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and is currently the Examining Chairperson for Fox Valley Section 1208. She was previously their Treasurer and Education Chairperson. She is an ASQ-certified Quality Engineer and Quality Auditor. She is also an ASQ qualified Six Sigma Black Belt.
