Michael is an RABQSA certified AS9100 and AS9110 AIEA Auditor with extensive aerospace experience. He has audited companies ranging in size from 8 employees to more than 10,000 employees. His audits have covered manufactured metal parts, solar cells, electronics, rubber fuel cells, turbine engine parts, power generation components, fuselage parts, and complete aircraft.

Michael has been a Quality Manager for three different companies. He was responsible for product quality, internal audits, vendor performance, and supplier audits.

Michael was responsible for upgrading two quality management systems from ISO 9001 to AS9100. He also oversaw FAA Part 21 Parts Manufacturer Approval, FAA Part 145 and EASA Repair Station, and C.A.S.E. requirements and certifications. In addition, he helped one of the companies receive their NADCAP certification for Composite Bonding.

Michael served in the U.S. Marine Corps and has a BS degree from Almeda University with a major in Quality Assurance. He is an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor and Six Sigma Black Belt.
