Jeffrey has an extensive background in the aerospace, defense, and automotive industries. Initially performing layout inspections on propulsion fittings and other pneumatic, hydraulic, and jet fuel systems at Aerofit Products, his duties expanded to also include calibration systems, metrology activities, and source audit coordination. Jeffrey progressed to the Hughes Aircraft Radar Systems Group, where he managed the coordinate metrology training program and worked as a class A inspector on radar assemblies and CMM programming for parts made of magnesium, titanium, and aluminum alloys. He also qualified high speed machining centers with statistical process control (SPC) and reliability analysis.While at Dimensional Certification and Detroit Center Tool, he used theodolite technology to certify automated resistant welding fixtures for Ford, Chrysler, and General Motors assembly lines. He has worked in 15 assay plants and given technical advice on theodolite procedures and fixture certification methodology. Jeffrey has worked with model, mold, fixture, and tool manufacturers in a supervisory capacity to implement quality systems. Jeffrey has also been a quality manager for tier one suppliers of production steel stampings and plastic injection molding parts. He has conducted over 600 3rd party audits in four countries, sat on the executive committee of a Registrar with QS-9000 veto power, and implemented quality systems in over 90 companies with successful Registration/Accreditation to ISO 9001:2000, QS-9000, ISO/TS 16949, AS9100, and ISO 17025 standards.
