Jeff is an ISO 9001 Quality Systems Lead Auditor certified by RABQSA. He was also a Lead Auditor with the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA) and a TS 16949 Auditor certified by the IATF. He also holds certification and membership with the American Society for Quality (ASQ).

A consultant, auditor, and trainer, Jeff began his quality career in 1983 and has an extensive background in the aerospace, department of defense, and automotive industries. He has a strong background in mechanical gauges and calibration systems. Some activities included performing lay-out inspections on propulsion fittings and other pneumatic, hydraulic, and jet fuel systems. His duties have also included metrology activities and source audit coordination to meet Military Specifications.

When Jeff worked for Hughes Aircraft, he managed the coordinate metrology training program and worked as a class A inspector on radar assemblies and CMM programming for parts made of magnesium, titanium, and aluminum alloys. He has qualified high speed machining centers, over 100K RPM, with statistical process control and reliability analysis.

Working later at several contracting companies, he used theodolite technology to certify automated resistant welding fixtures for Automotive OEMs both in the US and Japan. He has worked in over 30 assembly plants and has given technical advice on theodolite procedures and tooling certification methodology.

Jeff has also been a Quality Manager for tier one suppliers of production steel stampings and plastic injection molded parts, meeting customer specific requirements such as APQP, PPAP, ISIR, FMEA, and HACCP. He has also implemented quality management systems in many sectors, including manufacturing, service, leather, aerospace, automotive, laboratories, credit counseling, personnel placement, warehouse, transportation, chemical plants, ports, government activities, military, security, and food safety.

Jeff has conducted over 1000 audits in 8 countries. He conducts courses on standards such as ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 17025, AS 9100, and ISO 22000. He also provides training for lead auditors and internal auditors, as well as, for the automotive tool set (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC). In addition, he provides quality management system training on documentation, implementation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
