John is an IRCA registered Lead Auditor. He is a seasoned management professional with experience in the health care, insurance, credit union, and business services sectors.

John has participated in over 200 quality system audits and has consulted with many Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies. His extensive management consulting and operational experience in the hi-tech industry, as well as, in the health care and transportation industries (with a focus on information technology) has provided John with a well-rounded "common sense" approach to implementing solutions and management systems.

John audits, consults, and trains in quality management, environmental management, and software systems (including TickIT). He participates on several American Society for Quality (ASQ) committees and has also contributed to International Organization for Standardization (ISO) committees.

John has performed technical audits for IBM, HP, and UNIX mainframe computers with distributed services using LAN and WAN applications at over 300 locations throughout the world. He has conducted supplier audits for the US Navy and US Marines.

As the Manager of North America Business Development for a large international training and registrar company, John was responsible for marketing, sales, program development, and training in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

John was also Vice President of Operations and Director of Consulting and Training Services for a multinational consulting firm. He was responsible for ISO 9001 auditing that specialized in software and medical devices. He consulted with more than 40 companies in achieving ISO 9001 registration and presented ISO topics to over 1200 people in a two-year period.

John was the Director of Data Processing for computer applications, computer operations, and sales of computer consulting services for a $1.7 billion credit union institution. He performed as an advisor and consultant to over 300 separate credit unions.

John has a BS in Business Administration from TriState University, an MBA from Lake Forest College, and a Certificate in Accounting and Data Processing Auditing from Porter College. He is a member of the San Diego and Carlsbad Chambers of Commerce, the American Society for Quality, and the Institute of Internal Auditors.
