Jim has broad experience in the design, development, implementation, and assessment of change projects in military, government, and private sector organizations. He has helped companies become ISO 9001 registered and to expand their scope of registration to include subsidiaries and other sites.

Jim is a registered ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor with IRCA and a Certified Quality Auditor with the American Society for Quality. He performs audits for an accredited Registrar and also trains and consults for another accredited Registrar.

Jim teaches ISO 9001:2008 Overview, Documentation, and Implementation courses, as well as, RABQSA-accredited Internal Auditor and Lead Auditor courses. In addition to teaching these courses, he has contributed to their development and maintenance.

Jim received a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, Maryland. In addition, he received a Master of Science in Personnel Administration and a Master of Business Administration from The George Washington University. He is also a graduate of the U.S. Naval War College, Newport, RI.
