Description This BSI Management Systems course provides
comprehensive training in the proven techniques and accepted methods used
for internal auditing to the ISO 9001:2000 international standard. The
course will give you a solid grasp of the concepts that lead to effective
audits through workshops, case studies, and class discussions.
Role-playing audit scenarios will help you
develop a hands-on understanding that will facilitate the implementation
of a good audit program. Internal audit is a mandatory requirement of
quality management systems based on the ISO 9001:2000 standard.

Successful completion of this RABQSA certified course, including
passing the examination, fulfills the training requirements for internal
auditor certification. Some prior knowledge of the ISO 9000 series of standards
is necessary for this course.
Audience This course is intended for anyone responsible
for conducting, managing, or participating in internal (first party) audits,
including Quality Assurance Managers, Quality Control Managers, Quality
Directors, Quality Engineers, ISO Coordinators, and Laboratory Quality
Professionals.
Duration The course is taught as a three-day class. This course meets the time requirements for
the RABQSA. Time allocated for breaks, lunch,
and the written exam is excluded from this total. In addition, there are
individual evening assignments. Long hours are to be expected.
Class Hours Day 1: 8:00 AM - 6:45 PM
Day 2: 8:00 AM - 6:45 PM
Day 3: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
CEUs The student certificates display 2.1 continuing
education units for the class.
Fee The class is $1095 per student. This fee includes a comprehensive course notebook
and a copy of the ISO 9001:2000 standard. To confirm your enrollment,
pre-payment will be required.
