is based on ISO 9001:2008 document and record control requirements, as well as, guidance from ISO 9004:2000, ISO/TR 10013:2001, ISO 90003:2004, and ISO 15489:2001. The course provides practical guidance on how
to write readable and usable documents for quality management systems.
