Description BSI's “ISO 9001:2008 Requirements” competency-based 2-day course teaches a general understanding of the concepts of the ISO 9001:2008 standard and how the requirements impact the day-to-day operations of organizations in any industry. An experienced instructor explains the clauses of ISO 9001:2008 in detail, providing a base for understanding the Quality Management Principles and includes auditing the requirements of the standard. Students learn by participating in group exercises and in-depth discussions.

This course is certified by RABQSA to meet the knowledge requirements of Quality Management System certification of QMS Management Systems. Attendees successfully completing this course receive a Certificate of Attainment for the RABQSA QM (Quality Management System) knowledge competency unit.

Audience This course is intended for any individual requiring a working knowledge and understanding of the ISO 9001:2008 standard, as well as, quality professionals, consultants, ISO coordinators, Management Representatives, Presidents, Vice-Presidents, CEOs, engineers, supervisors, and
certified auditors requiring the competency to audit Quality Management Systems.

Day 1: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Day 2: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Fee The class is $895 per student. To confirm your
enrollment, pre-payment will be required.
Early Bird Discount If you pay at least 60 days in advance, you will receive a $100 discount, reducing the fee to $795.
Group Discount
If you enroll three students, the fourth student is free, which equates to 25% off each enrollment.
Prerequisite
A prior review of the ISO 9001:2008 standard is suggested for this course.
Logistics
There is a written test at the end of Day 2 of this course. Detailed exam instructions will be provided. A Certificate of Attainment in the QM competency unit will be provided for students who are deemed “Competent” for the QM competency unit. Certificates of attendance are provided to those who do not pass the competency test, and students will be given the opportunity to retake the test.
