Description This course provides a non-invasive approach to learning the overall requirements of Measurement System Analysis and emphasizes the importance of MSA in controlling and improving the production process. This seminar is consistent with the AIAG - DCX, Ford, GM Manual - Measurement Systems Analysis, 3rd edition. Learning Objectives Participants will be able to define and understand a measurement system and the causes of variation, as well as, qualify the sources of variation. After this training, the participants will have knowledge and understanding of:
Course Materials Students receive comprehensive course manuals with reference materials. Audience The course is intended for Quality Managers, QMS Auditors, APQP Team Members, PPAP Coordinators, Supplier Quality Engineers, Quality System and Lab Technicians, QMS Management Representatives, Process Engineers, and Quality Specialists. Prerequisites The only course prerequisite is basic math skills. Duration The course is taught as a one day class. Class Hours Day 1: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM CEUs The student certificates display 0.8 Continuing Education Units. Fee The fee for the one day on-site course is $1500, plus $25 per student, plus instructor travel expenses. The class size should be at least 4 students and no more than 20 students. Contact |
