Description
This on-site Internal Auditor course explains the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 quality standard and conveys the principles and practices of effective auditing.
On Day 1, the ISO 9001:2008 requirements are interpreted for the manufacturing, software, and services industries. Class exercises at the end of each of the five major ISO 9001:2008 clauses help reinforce the application of the requirements.
On Day 2, the concepts, methods, and techniques in the ISO 19011:2002 Auditing Guidelines standard are covered. Exercises on checklists, interviews, and writing nonconformities are included to prepare students for efficient and effective internal auditing.

Duration
Two-days: Requirements (Day 1) and Auditing (Day 2).

Day 1: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Day 2: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Fee
The flat rate for the 2-day onsite course is $4000, plus $50 per student, plus instructor travel expenses. The class size should be at least 4 students and no more than 20 students.
