Scott has broad experience in a variety of sectors and industries including Government, Military, Education, Service, and Manufacturing. Manufacturing industries in which he has experience include oil and gas, high tech electronics, plastics, medical devices, aerospace, glass fiber optics, metal fabrication, and automotive components manufacturing. Other work experience includes that for coal bed methane gas exploration, oil refining, off-shore work (FSO) and mechanical, chemical and bio test labs.

A solutions-oriented professional, Scott uses a pragmatic, no nonsense approach that will help you improve operations regardless of your business model or management system philosophy. Scott believes that the antitheses of quality is variability and he can help you make your processes more predictable through Lean Six Sigma or related improvement and problem solving methodologies. He can assist you to quickly identify key opportunities that can lead to break-through immediate results and managed continual improvement and/or certification to international quality, environmental, and health and safety standards.

He is an Exemplar Global Principal Auditor and ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence. Scott has a bachelor degree in Organizational Management and an MBA.
