ISO/TS 16949:2009 Internal Auditor (Onsite Course)

Description

This on-site ISO/TS 16949:2009 Internal Auditor course explains the requirements of the automotive quality standard and conveys the principles and practices of auditing.

During the first 1.5 days, the core ISO 9001:2008 requirements are interpreted, along with the additional requirements of ISO/TS 16949:2009. Class exercises at the end of each of the five major clauses help reinforce the application of the requirements.

During the last 1.0 day, the concepts, methods, and techniques in the ISO 19011:2011 Auditing Guidelines standard are covered. Exercises on checklists, interviews, and writing nonconformities are included to prepare students for efficient and effective internal auditing.
